Tim Clark

The winner of the Australian national selection for the World Chocolate Masters competition, Tim Clark, has won the honourable title of "Australian Chocolate Master 2005". This includes a training programme with Kirsten Tiballs at the Savour Chocolate & Pastry School in Melbourne.

This winner also received a professional 12kg chocolate melter, offered by Mol d'Art.
