1994: becomes chef pâtissier at the Nile Hilton in Caire (Egypt)
1997: becomes responsible for pastry at Mont Royal and afterwards he became chef pâtissier at Vattal
1998: becomes responsible for pastry and ice cream at pâtisserie St Aulaye
1999: works as chef chocolatier at Mahieu for 3 years
2003: Own pastry shop in Waterloo, Brussels

1993: Euroba: 1st prize
1994: Mérite artistique 3th prize
1997: Mandarin Napoleon: 2nd pize
1999: Mandarin Napoleon: 2nd prize and 1st prize for decoration
