A selection of recipes that were highly appreciated by the professional jury.

The jury members at the different competitions were trated with quite some amazingly nice and original creations. They were served pralines in all different shapes, from blossoms to Dali mustaches, green, orange and other chocolate cakes with the most surprising taste combinations etc.

With the competition theme being "Surrealism", they were never sure that what they thought they saw, was really what they were going to taste.

On their discovery journey through the different countries, they encountered quite some original ideas that are definitely worth sharing. Enjoy here a selection of delicious recipes which the participants created especially for the World Chocolate Masters. Do try these at home, or buy them at your favourite chocolate shop!
