Jean-Marie Auboine is American representative in World Chocolate Masters 2005 competition

On 19th en 20th February, Jean-Marie Auboine was selected for the World Chocolate Masters 2005 finals. The selection was organised at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America), Hyde Park, New York. Brian Van Den Broucke received the Creativity Award.
