Awards and prizes
All contestants in the Danish national selection for the World Chocolate Masters, received a Barry Callebaut leisure bag filled with Callebaut products and professional material such as kitchen knives, dipping forks, pastry bags etc. The value of this package is €250.
The winner of the “Danish Chocolate Creativity Award 2005” , Kim Rasmussen , has won a special certificate, and a cheque of € 1250, offered by Hoejrup Foods in Roskilde, the master distributor of Barry Callebaut in Denmark.
The overall winner, Brian Brøckner, has won the title of “Danish Chocolate Master 2005” and a cheque of € 1250, equally offered by Hoejrup Foods.
